General Trading Policies

• $300 minimum per opening order
• $100 minimum per re-order
• $10 service charge for orders that do not meet the required minimum order
• Back orders less than $30.00 are automatically cancelled and must be re-ordered
• Credit card payments are processed on the day of shipping

Canadian Customers:
• Shipping charges vary depending on distance and weight of order
• GST applicable upon subtotal and shipping charge

US Customers:
• Shipping charge is usually $12.50 USD (could vary)
• No taxes applied for US orders

• No refund
• Exchange only on manufacturer's defect within 30 days of receipt
• All returns must have pre-authorization with RA# clearly indicated on return package
• All return items must be in original condition
• Returns must be shipped in heavily padded envelopes or boxes

• Minimum order required to receive discount price is shown on item detail page
• Discount price consideration is calculated from number of items of the same style (including different colours)
• Example: if minimum order for discount is 6, at least 6 necklaces (of any colour combination) must be purchased to receive the lower price; however, 3 necklaces, 2 pairs of earrings and 1 bracelet will not count as the minimum 6 items required to receive the discount price for each item
